Privacy Policy

Effective October 28, 2026

This covers zunivo.io, app.zunivo.io and api.zunivo.io, operated by an individual based in Toronto, Canada. Short version: we don't have accounts, we don't ask for your name or email to use the product, and most of what the product does is on a public blockchain.

What we don't collect

No accounts, no sign-up, no email to use the app, no cookies for tracking, no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels. The app doesn't ask for your private key and we never see it.

What is public by nature

Everything you do through the contracts (payments, names, scheduled sends, splits, agent records) is recorded on the Arc blockchain and is visible to anyone, forever. Wallet addresses are pseudonymous but can be linked to you by other means. Treat on-chain activity as public.

What our server stores

What stays in your browser

The app keeps a few things in your browser's local storage: your contact list, your recent recipients, your preferred wallet, your primary name and, if you use passkey pay, a reference to your passkey credential. None of that is sent to us. Clearing site data removes it.

Third parties

Email

If you email contact@zunivo.io we keep the email to reply to you. We don't add you to a list.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about an address or an email, and ask us to delete server-side data such as orders and logs. We can't delete anything from the blockchain. Email contact@zunivo.io.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
